Jeff Fahrenwald Presents at Rockford Chamber Breakfast Buzz
November 12, 2018

While strategic planning sets expectations, it’s the execution of that strategy that produces results. During Jeff’s presentation, he outlined how organizations should prepare for both planning and execution. “For too many organizations, your best laid plans go awry; the strategic plan that was developed sits on a shelf, and execution and achievement of the plan never happen. A culture of strategic improvising can not only get your company back on track but realign your goals for successful achievement.”
